S.E.M. Cheikh NIANG, Ministre de l’Intégration africaine, des Affaires étrangères et des Sénégalais de l’Extérieur, a reçu en audience Mme Mirjana Spoljaric, Présidente du Comité international de la Croix-Rouge (CICR).

Dans le cadre de sa participation à la 81e session de l’Assemblée générale des Nations Unies, S.E.M. Cheikh NIANG, Ministre de l’Intégration africaine, des Affaires étrangères et des Sénégalais de l’Extérieur, a reçu en audience Mme Mirjana Spoljaric, Présidente du Comité international de la Croix-Rouge (CICR).

Les échanges très fructueux tenus à cette occasion ont fait apparaître une convergence de vues sur l’impératif du respect du droit international humanitaire, avec une attention particulière accordée à la protection de la vie humaine.

Les deux parties ont également abordé la coopération exemplaire qui lie le Sénégal au CICR.

As part of his participation in the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly, H.E.M. Cheikh NIANG, Minister of African Integration, Foreign Affairs and Senegalese Abroad, received Ms. Mirjana Spoljaric, President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), in an audience.

The highly fruitful discussions highlighted a convergence of views on the imperative of upholding international humanitarian law, with particular attention to the protection of human life.

The two parties also discussed the exemplary cooperation between Senegal and the ICRC.
